We appreciated it, especially its views and food. Moreover, we had no problems with free Wi Fi. Would recommend for everyone.
-
very good service, delicious homemade breakfast, honesty bar
-
The room was excellently equipped and the decor was modern. Very clean, very comfortable bed, all round a positive experience.
The only negative was that it wasn't walking distance from where I needed to be. But thats not the fault of the hotel or the owners, who were excellent.
-
cleanliness, nothing too much for the owners, breakfast was excellent, overall a very nice cosy hotel, would stay there again no problem.
-
The breakfeast was the best i've had at any B&B.
The bed was very uncomefortable.
-
The delightful room; the excellent breakfast; and the friendly owners

Our weekend stay at the hotel was fantastic. Despite the poor wet weather Tricia and Chris were great hosts and recommended great places to see and eat in and around the hotel and Blackpool in General. And they do a great breakfast *****

Very friendly greeting, small family run hotel. Very clean and tidy, our room was not large but comfortable.
Limited facilities if the weather is bad.

Chris and Trish were fantastic hosts, 5* breakfasts, we were made to feel very welcolm.

We were made so welcome that it was like home away from home. Trish and Chris made our stay very enjoyable. We would recommend it without hesitation.

The Hotel was lovely, and the welcome very friendly. It is in a quiet area, but with good access to the shops, beachfront and nightlife. The room was very clean, comfortable and well equipped, and the breakfast excellent. A good base for couples and families.

The greeting we got was very warm and friendly. Explained everything we needed to know. The room and the bathroom were both very clean and comfortable. Sea view was very good and the breakfast was freshly cooked. Overall we enjoyed our stay
The only downside was that the bar shut at about 10 p.m. but we could get a drink ourselves if we wanted and paid for it later. No draught lager or beer. Thought £2.00 for a can was a bit expensive
